2006 RFID short courses
RFID International , an Australian company that offers independent training, education, professional advice and project management in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), has partnered again with Australasian Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) in 2006 to deliver a series of national RFID Short Courses throughout Australia.
The APICS RFID short courses last year were a tremendous success. They had solid interest across a wide range of industries and different companies ranging from small, medium and large blue chip organisations.
The key messages RFID International received from course participants include:
* The course was enjoyable
* Excellent value for money
* Attendees liked the fact that RFID International offers an unbiased opinion
* Attendees enjoyed the demonstration of good commercial and practical examples.
The main feedback RFID International received was that candidates gained significant knowledge in a short period of time and that they didn’t need to spend considerable time and money to make informed choices in relation to RFID.
From the outset the course has been designed with the best interests in mind for industry.
The program will provide attendees with an introduction to RFID technology in an impartial environment and provide participants with enough information to make decisions about RFID.
RFID International has more than seven years experience with RFID technology from a training, education, strategic advice, technical, operational, engineering, programming and project management perspective and is currently working with major blue chip Australian companies in relation to RFID technology.
The company provides objective and impartial advice, taking into consideration a company’s current needs and requirements and at the same time looking at the financial viability of RFID versus other options such as the use of bar code solutions, warehouse management systems wireless LAN, GPS/GPRS/G3 based locating systems.
The 3.5 hour RFID short course is being held in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Seats are limited. Based on last year, all courses were sold out well before the course dates, so RFID International strongly encourages people to make an early booking. The course is priced at $349 for APICS members and $399 for non members (incl. GST) and is one of the most affordable options in Australia to learn about RFID.
