Radio Frequency Barcode Systems (RFBS) congratulates the organisers of Supply Chain 2020 on their successful event recently held in Melbourne for the first time.
Timothy Muir, Director at RFBS said that the Supply Chain 2020 event created the perfect opportunity for RFBS to showcase the latest voice technology solutions and speak directly to the decision-makers about their warehouse issues to ensure that the solutions matched as well as exceeded their expectations.
RFBS had attended previous Supply Chain events held in Sydney and decided that this event was the perfect launch pad for the recent addition to their warehouse solutions, Vocollect Voice Directed Warehouses.
With live demonstrations throughout the event in conjunction with their partners from Heavey RF, Ireland, the team was delighted to be able to spend so much time with the decision makers who attended the event.
Although the numbers of attendees was smaller than anticipated, RFBS was able to do a more personalised demonstration of the advantages of voicing picking for companies in a busy, high output warehouse.
The live demonstrations helped to demystify voice and displayed how its many uses in medium enterprises can increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy through its implementation.
The Vocollect voice picking demonstrations were well received during the event by both attendees and other exhibitors.
RFBS looks forward to the Queensland Supply Chain and Logistics Conference to be held on 26-27 August in Brisbane to enable more companies to come and see voice in action.
For those not able to attend the event, RFBS can visit the company’s warehouse and demonstrate both WMS and Voice solutions to find the right match for their specific needs.
