ZRO0837H1LF voltage controlled oscillator
ZRO0837H1LF voltage controlled oscillator

Avaialble from RF Parts , the ZRO0837H1LF is a new voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) model in UHF-band released by Z Communications.

The ZRO0837H1LF voltage controlled oscillator operates at 830-845 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc and features a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 7 MHz/V.

The voltage controlled oscillator is specifically designed to deliver a typical output power of 1.3 dBm at 5.5 Vdc supply while drawing 15 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C.

The ZRO0837H1LF voltage controlled oscillator features typical second harmonic suppression of -15 dBc. The VCO is ROHS compliant and comes in a standard MINI-16-SM package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. ZRO0837H1LF is well suited for digital radio and satellite modem applications that require ultra low phase noise performance.
