Z Communications, represented by RF Parts Australia , has introduced CLV1370A-LF, its new lead free, RoHS compliant voltage controlled oscillator in L-band.
The CLV1370A-LF is well suited for applications that require good 2nd harmonic suppression and low phase noise performance.
The CLV1370A-LF operates from 1360-1380 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc, featuring a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 24 MHz/V.
The CLV1370A-LF is designed to operate at 5V DC supply while drawing 18 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85ºC.
The CLV1370A-LF features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's Mini package measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.22 in.
