Z-Communications, represented by RF Parts Australia , have announced a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model SMV5815A-LF in C-band.
The VOC SMV5815A-LF operates from 5790-5840 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-3 Vdc. This VCO SMV5815A-LF features a typical phase noise of -84 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 130 MHz/V.
The VOC SMV5815A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 3 Vdc supply while drawing 19 mA (typical) over the temperature range from -40º to 85º C. This VCO SMV5815A-LF features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -40 dBc and comes in a standard SUB-L package measuring 0.3 in. x 0.3 in. x 0.08 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
