RFHIC, represented by RF Parts Australia , have announced the release of thermally enhanced gallium nitride devices such as RT233, RT240 and RT243 for applications from DC to 6 GHz. The features of these products include:

  • High power output (36, 43 and 45 dBm measured PSAT output power)
  • 28 volts
  • High linearity
  • High efficiency
  • High power gain
Thermally-enhanced technology (patent-pending) has been used to improve high temperature reliability and to add power when used at pulsed applications or Class A amplification.
The applications include WiMAX, UMTS, Wi-Fi, high linearity drive amplifier, ISM, MMDS and CDMA, W-CDMA.
