RFMD, represented by RF Parts Australia , have introduced SUF-5033, a monolithically matched broadband high IP3 amplifier with gain block covering 0.1GHz to 4.0GHz. This pHEMT FET-based amplifier uses a patented self-bias Darlington topology that features a gain and temperature compensating active bias network, which operates from a single 5V supply. The SUF-5033 amplifier offers cascadable performance in a compact 3mm x 3mm ceramic QFN package. The SUF-5033 amplifier is suitable for RF, LO and IF driver applications.
Following are the features of SUF-5033 amplifiers:
- Broadband performance
- High gain - 18.5dB at 2GHz
- P1dB - 20.5dBm at 2GHz
- 50Ω I/O low-noise, efficient gain block
- 5V operation, no dropping resistor
- Low gain variation against temperature
- Self-bias Darlington circuit
SUF-5033 amplifiers can be used in the following applications:
- Broadband applications
- Test measurement
- Military and space
- LO and IF mixer applications
- High IP3 RF driver applications
