Z-Communications, represented by RF Parts Australia , have announced a new RoHS compliant VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) model SMV1132A-LF in L-band.
The SMV1132A-LF operates from 1112-1152MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-2.7VDC. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -103 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 62MHz/V.
VCO SMV1132A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0.75dBm at 3.1VDC supply while drawing 12mA over the temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC.
This VCO features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -20dBc and comes in Z-Communications’ SUB-L package measuring 0.3x0.3x0.08inch. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. VCO SMV1132A-LF is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
VCO SMV1132A-LF is suitable for fixed wireless and test and measurement applications that require good 2nd harmonic suppression and ultra low phase noise performance.
