CLV1570B-LF Voltage-Controlled Oscillator

Z Communications, represented by RF Parts Australia , has released RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CLV1570B-LF in L-band.

The CLV1570B-LF operates from 1560-1580 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. The CLV1570B-LF features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 25 MHz/V.

The CLV1570B-LF is designed to operate at 5V DC supply while drawing 24 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85ºC.

The CLV1570B-LF features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -25 dBc and comes in Z Communications’ Mini package with low shield measuring 0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x 0.13 in.

The CLV1570B-LF is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The CLV1570B-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.

The CLV1570B-LF is well suited for microwave radio applications that require good 2nd harmonic suppression and low phase noise performance.
