Wireless Serial Communications

SENA Parani Bluetooth serial adapters, OEM modules and access points enable wireless connectivity to standard RS232C and RS485 Serial Devices.

SENA Parani Bluetooth Adapters, Modules and Access Points

Bluetooth OEM Serial Modules ESD100, ESD110, ESD200, ESD210, ESD1000 and Evaluation Kits offer Class 1 and Class 2 component level wireless connectivity solutions.
The Bluetooth Serial Adapters SD100, SD200 and SD1000 enable full cable free RS232C Serial wireless connectivity.
The Bluetooth Access Point, Parani-MSP1000, enables multiple simultaneous Bluetooth connections routed via Ethernet to virtual serial ports.
The Serial Adapters offer high speed cable free serial communications from 30m with the SD200 to 100m with the SD100/SD1000. The range can be extended up to 1000 meters using a patch antenna.
The LTC100 is an RS485 to Serial Adapters allowing the Serial Adapter to interface with standard RS485 equipment.

Supports standard Bluetooth Serial Port Profile in Class 1 and Class 2 modules
Implements Bluetooth stack version 1.2 with improved Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH) and Enhanced Data Rate (EDR with SD1000)
Interoperable with Laptops, PDA’s and other Bluetooth equipped devices
DIP switch and pairing button for quick connectivity configuration
Supports secure encryption and pin code authentication
Free utility software for advanced module configuration
No external device driver installation required
Accessories available including battery packs, power adapters, antennas and antenna cables
