RF Modules Australia  has introduced the TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module to the Australian market.

Incorporating automatic noise squelch and a 1200 baud modem, the TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module is a new release from Radiometrix.

The TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module is intended as a general purpose VHF unit covering any 3 MHz switching bandwidth specified in the frequency range of 135-175MHz and is capable of supporting data rates of up to 5kbit/s over distances of 1km.

The synthesiser-based module shares a common pin out and features with the company’s UHF TR2M product offering.
 
Like the TR2M, the TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module offers RF designers an analogue and digital interface with a transmit power of +20dBm (100mW) and a receiver sensitivity of -118dBm (for 12dB SINAD).

The TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module is powered from a supply of between 4.5 and 16V, with a frugal current consumption of 110mA for the transmitter (100mW output), and 27mA for the receiver.

Narrow Band FM Multi-channel VHF Transceiver

The TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module is fully compliant with both ETSI EN 300 220-3 and EN 301 489-3 standards and has an operating temperature range of between -20 and +60°C.

The TR1M 128-channel 12.5 kHz/ 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module can be utilised in handheld terminals, heavy vehicle/machine remote controls, environmental monitoring, data loggers, industrial telemetry/telecommand and high-end security/fire alarm designs.
