The Axlog Alpha overload warning system from RDS is a new generation overload warning system suitable for trucks with air or spring suspension.  

The Axlog Alpha overload warning system is a simple axle overload indicator system. It is available in 2 variants: Axlog Alpha and Axlog Alpha Plus.
The basic Axlog Alpha instrument is a simple axle overload warning device, not an axle weighing instrument.  

Users of the Axlog Alpha overload warning system are provided with the following information: 

  • Individual Gross Axle Weight display and Overload Alarm (for up to 4 axles)
  • Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) display and Overload Alarm
  • Audible Alarm output (@ 90% and 100% of maximum weight)
  • Load 'Light Bar' Output capability @ 50%, 75%, 90%, 100% and 110% of Maximum Weight
The IP 67 sealed Axlog Alpha overload warning system features a large four digit readout and has an individual axle and total audible alarm. The Axlog Alpha overload warning system is simple to install, requires no structural alterations to be made to vehicles and prevents excessive tyre wear and unnecessary breakdowns.
