Dust Protection
The Pro-Val range of disposable respiratory dust masks include P1 and P2 respirators in both conical and flat fold, valve or no valve, as well as a P2 conical carbon respirator with valve.
P1 Disposable Dust Respirators
P1 disposable dust respirators are suitable for protection against mechanically generated particles to 1 micron, such as dust and mist. All Pro-Val P1 respirators have yellow latex free dual straps for easy identification. Applications include:
- Sawing
- Drilling
- Woodworking
- Sanding
- Grinding
- Gardening
P2 Disposable Dust Respirators
P2 disposable dust respirators are suitable for protection against mechanically and thermally generated particles to 0.3 micron, such as toxic dust including asbestos, mist and welding fumes. All Pro-Val P2 respirators have dual latex free blue straps for easy identification. Applications include:
- Oxy Cutting
- Fumes and Smoke
- Welding
- Grinding
- Polishing
Features of Disposable Dust Respirators
- Pro-Val P1 and P2 disposable respirators are available conical (round), or flat folded which are individually packed for hygienic transport and allows the user to carry the flat fold respirator in a pouch or pocket, with no damage to the respirator.
- The valved respirators aid in expelling hot air and assist breathing for the user.
- The P2 carbon disposable respirator with valve removes nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapours.
- All Pro-Val respirators comply with AS/NZS 1716:2003 standards.
