Rotoplat semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines manufactured by Robopac is the turntable stretch wrapper of the new generation. The Rotoplat wrapping machines are available with a typical diameter of about 1650 mm and 2 tonne turntable.
The features of Robopac Rotoplat include an exclusive film system, modifiable parameters and integral safety features.
Pre-stretch ratio of Robopac Rotoplat is adjustable from zero percent to two hundred and fifty percent by electromagnetic clutch from panel board. Robopac Rotoplat also has a quick load system for quick and easy film loading.
Parameters of Robopac Rotoplat are adjustable from a control panel which includes top wraps number, bottom wraps number, roll carriage speed, table rotation speed, film stretching and photocell sensing display.
Robopac Rotoplat has anti-skid steel plates of thickness of about 10mm and these plates provide better stability and firm observance of the distance between the moving and the fixed parts in agreement with safety rules.
