Conveying system repair patch

RJ COX Engineering has launched the new reusable Magna-Patch - a highly visible product that is a quick and secure means of repairing holes in steel pipes, flat elbows, round radius elbows, chutes, hoppers and other steel applications susceptible to abrasion.

The Magna-Patch -- highly visible.

Magna-Patch is not only easy to apply with a snap application, but has the ability to increase uptime, is highly visible and is maintenance free.

Made from a soft AR material that reduces product damage, Magna-Patch is reusable and minimises product loss.

According to RJ Cox Engineering managing director Richard Cox, the new reusable Magna-Patch is beneficial in a number of environments.

"Be it pneumatic conveying, gravity free systems or slurry piping, the Magna-Patch is designed to repair any sort of abrasive conveying system," he said.

"Magna-Patch can also be custom made to meet any specific application, which gives it an edge over other products, and it is reusable."

The Magna-Patch is available in standard models sizes: the MP-711 standard, and the MP-811 Elbow.
