Knobs and machine balls from R E Davison
R E Davison manufactures and supplies an extensive range of knobs and machine balls for barbeques, cookware and machine applications. R E Davison produces injection moulding of DMC, phenolic, melamine and urea materials. Machine capacities range from 100 to 550 tonnes clamping force with shot size up to 4 kilograms. R E Davison also produces compression moulding of DMC, SMC, phenolic, melamine and urea materials. Machine capacities range from 5 to 250 tonnes clamping force with shot size up to 16 kilograms.
Gloda, a division of R E Davison, designs and manufactures a range of cookware. Gloda assembles components according to customers’ requirements, and also carries out fine polishing of stainless steel and aluminium components. Gloda manufactures industrial deep drawn products in aluminium, stainless steel, tin plate and steel materials. Industrial deep drawn products thicknesses range from 0.35 millimetres to 4 millimetres with sizes up to 400 x 400 x 260 millimetres deep.
R E Davison has an inhouse tool room to produce a majority of components. In addition to manufacturing tools, R E Davison also provides tool design and manufacturing skills to its customers.
