Poulibloc gearboxes have unique taper bushing and versatile mounting on driven shaft. A wide range of bushing bore sizes is available for each type of Poulibloc gearbox.
Backstops are easily installed to Poulibloc gearboxes.
Poulibloc gearboxes have oversized taper roller and ball bearings and standard double lip seals on ground and polished shafts.
The ribbed housing of the Poulibloc gearboxes is precision machined in matched pairs for maximum strength, rigidity and permanent gear alignment.
Poulibloc gearboxes have through hollow shafts protected by removable cap.
The gearboxes have case carbonised gears to 60/64 Rockwell c and round and crown shaved helical geards. They have a magnetic plug as standard.
Poulibloc gearboxes have a torque arm bracket that can be mounted in three positions. Torque arm with tension and bushing spanner wrench are supplied as standard.
