Pipe linings and coatings from Queensland Gunite

Queensland Gunite  provide pipe linings and coatings. These linings are used for lining the sewers. Pipe linings, provided by Queensland Gunite, can be sealed and restored easily. The Internal Gunite lining is used in lining existing sewer mains. While the liner will reduce the interior diameter, proper finish of the Gunite may increase the flow coefficients to such a degree as to offset the reduction in size.

The Gunite process of pipe lining is also a speedy and an inexpensive way of installing the lining to steel pipes, whether at the point of fabrication or at the site. This is an advantage in instances, where fittings and bends are not practical for spun lining.

The Cement lining to steel pipes that convey water provides the ideal solution to corrosion of steel. Small Bore Internal Cement lining from Queensland Gunite is equipped with a centrifugal spraying equipment to cement line small bore diameter pipes ranging from 75mm to 1m.

Concrete Weight coatings from Queensland Gunite provide the application of weight coating to pipes that require negative buoyancy that cross rivers, bays and inlets. The Concrete Weight coating Gunite is applied to a thickness of 50 to 60mm with wire mesh reinforcement.
