HKE has been the sole manufacturer for Wheelwash Australia P/L since 1999. Some 50+ units have been manufactured to date at our Campbellfield location.

Wheelwash are the pioneers of a comprehensive range of mobile wheel and undercarriage cleaning systems and is the number one supplier and hirer in the UK with approximately 40% market share. 

It takes less than one hour to install, and is highly effective in a wide range of site situations, including quarries, building and road construction, landfill, and waste transit areas. It is ideal when the objective is to clean just the vehicles’ wheels, particularly if the material contains clay type particles.

Above is a Structural frame, Primary Hopper support frame and Crusher support frame which we manufactured for Conundrum Holdings for their new crushing plants. The Structural frame was manufactured in three pieces. With the last frame we fabricated the primary hopper as one piece, which weighed approx 34 Tonne.

Truck Dumpers are specifically designed by HKE to suit customer requirements.  

Typical features include:
-         Pit bridge, hydraulically operated.
-         Tipping Platform.
-         Trailer Restraint, mounted at main cylinder lifting point.
-         Tyre guide rails.
-         Trailer Tie down eyes.
-         Backstop, drive through adjustable height.
-         Capable of continuous operation handling various Truck & Trailer sizes.
