QAD , a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, today announced better than expected growth in its New Zealand business due largely to the synergy of its integration partners.
Strengthening demand has spurred QAD's New Zealand sales representative, Bob Deakin, to take over product sales and run it as his own company. Effective immediately, Deakin will begin selling QAD products under the trading name Grove Consulting.
Grove Consulting will become the distributor of QAD products in New Zealand while Deloitte will handle implementations.
Alan Lawrence, managing director for QAD Australia and New Zealand said, the restructure was great news for QAD customers in that it brought greater clarity and focus to the New Zealand business and drew a clear demarcation between product sales and integration.
"It contributes towards a solid support network and ultimately better service delivery for New Zealand customers, with Bob remaining on board as a valuable asset highly knowledgeable in QAD's product range.
"The major problem for QAD in New Zealand in the past has been the absence of a strong integration partner. Now, with the recent signing of Deloitte all the pieces have come together. We are in a fantastic position to provide superior service to existing clients and pursue new growth opportunities."
