Pyrotek Noise Control introduces a new range of noise absorbers ideal for use in challenging environments.  

Made from recycled glass, Reapor soundproofing panels offer superior noise absorbing capabilities and are also resistant to damage or deterioration from the elements.   

Reapor soundproofing panels can withstand harsh environmental conditions without compromising on top quality performance.  

The noise control panels are non-combustible, making them fire-safe. Additionally, the noise absorbing panels are free of harmful chemicals as well as recyclable.  

Reapor’s soundproofing panels are made from bottle glass through a process that creates glass granules whose controlled porosity gives each granule outstanding acoustic absorption properties.  

A patented process fuses the granules into a homogeneous barrier boasting exceptional absorptive performance acoustically.  

Unlike foams and polymers used for acoustic absorption, the core material of Reapor panels is naturally free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), known to harm the environment.  

Additionally, the fusing process dispenses with the need for binders, which are also known to generate VOCs in addition to smoke during fires.  

Being non-combustible makes Reapor acoustic absorbers suitable for use in schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, plant rooms, substations, exitways, smoking areas, stairwells, airports and railway terminals.  

Reaper soundproof panels are available in sizes up to 625mm x 625mm x 50mm and can be installed indoors as well as outdoors.  

The non-combustible soundproofing panels are rigid, durable, waterproof, lightweight, workable with conventional woodworking tools, easy to clean and repair, fibre-free as well as recyclable.
