PRYDE Measurement has released the Selet linear output photoelectric sensor-transmitter. The displacement sensor operates at distances of up to 1600mm.
All adjustments and signal processing are built into the IP65 sensor. Output is a linear current or voltage signal. The linear working range is 150mm to 1600mm. Span adjustment is provided by a multiturn trimmer on the probe itself. Available outputs include current 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 20-0mA, 20-4mA or voltage 0-10V and 10-0V.
Inbuilt analogue and digital processing provides self compensation, ensuring linearity and negligible thermal drift.
