The A5 booklet has an A-Z glossary of purging terms, products and advice about how to purge welds correctly to save time and gas as well as to obtain welds which are not coked or oxidised.

This guide is particularly applicable to companies welding stainless steel sheet, tubes, pipes and pipelines in process and shipbuilding industries; titanium for the aerospace and racing vehicle industries; and chrome steel alloy piping for the petrochemical and power industries.
