Propac Industrial have partnered with AMPAC Flexibles to bring an integrated, liquid Hot-Fill packaging system.
Among the products to be provided is a Vertical Form Fill seal system that combines Propac Industrial’s Hot Fill bag makers with Ampac Flexibles’ 9000 VF films.
The Propac Hot Fill packaging series of Vertical Form Fill seal machines are designed for packaging of pumpable food products.
The Hot Fill packaging series can handle products at temperatures of up to 92°C and can be packed in up to 20kg bags with all air expelled from the bag.
It is suitable for cook/chill applications. Smooth products and products with particulate up to 25mm in size can be packaged in a one part fill.
Propac Industrial have released a heavy duty version of the Hot Fill packaging series, which is capable of packaging high viscosity pumpable products. The partnership between Propac Industrial and AMPAC Flexibles recently saw the two companies co-exhibit at Pack Expo Chicago.
