Pronto Software has won the 2011 IBM Choice Award for Midmarket Leadership, an honour for Business Partners who have demonstrated business excellence in delivering IBM-based solutions.
The awards are selected by a panel of local and global leaders to be presented to Business Partners who have exhibited IBM values and achieved common business goals that have a mutually significant business impact and result in customer satisfaction.
Pronto Software recently launched the first ERP system with Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) embedded out of the box. Perceived as being out of reach and a challenging deployment for end users in the midmarket, the release is seen as a boost to midmarket which has been under-served in the area of Business Intelligence.
PRONTO-Xi’s strong transactional ERP system integrates seamlessly with the Cognos 10 Business Intelligence suite and provides users with the ability to use the ERP system to run business efficiently and extend data to actionable insights.
Managing Director of Pronto Software, David Jackman said, “Pronto is committed to deliver value and simplify IT for our customers. This win recognizes our success and focus in the mid-market and we are very pleased to accept the award.”
PRONTO-Xi offers an easy end-user experience and empowers users to create their own analysis as they go. Computer experience can be personalised which in turn helps agility and end-to-end business processes, reducing costs and delivering a bigger profit margin.
The winners of the IBM Choice Awards were announced at the 2011 IBM PartnerWorld Leadership Conference in the U.S. on the 16th February 2011.
