The inflatable flat and 3D seals from Pronal are used to form tight barriers between two surfaces. Their high mechanical resistance means they can be used for applications where a perfect seal is vital. Depending on the application, the seals can be constructed by Pronal from either vulcanised fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber or polyeurethane (both reinforced or unreinforced).
Available as either original equipment or spare parts, the Pronal inflatable seals are commonly used in or between pipes, as an annular seal, or in machinery, tubes, conduits and installations within the industrial, mining, mineral processing, offshore, energy and safety industries.
The Pronal seal technology is extremely flexible. They adapt easily to the shapes in contact once they are pressurised, plug leaks efficiently and safely, are lightweight, easy to install and compact.
Pronal can customise the inflatable seals to suit distinct customer requirements.
