Instrotech Displays

According to Procon Instruments , universal process indicators for most process variables with analogue and digital inputs, designed for accurate measurement and display of pressure, level, flow, frequency, DC and AC voltages, DC and AC currents, speed, rate/total and dual inputs.

Temperature Indicators

Universal Temperature Indicators for use in any application where temperature needs to be displayed and controlled. These meters are designed for accurate measurement and display, in °C, °F or K, from Thermocouple Types J, K, N, R, S, T, W5 and from PT100 RTD's. Ni100 RTD is available as an option as are other thermocouple types. The sensor signals are accurately linearised by the internal micro-controller. Selected options now feature 'Plug and Play' technology, allowing option boards to be ordered separately and field fitted when required.

Frequency / Count / Timing Indicators

These 6-digit low-cost Universal Programmable Indicators are used in all types of frequency and counting applications. They have uni-polar and bi-polar pulse / frequency inputs for counting, dual channel frequency / speed, period, flow, timing, totalising and positioning applications. Sensor excitation is standard and these meters can be used in conjunction with most standard pulse / frequency generating sensors. Selected options now feature 'Plug and Play' technology, allowing option boards to be ordered separately and field fitted when required.

Extra Large Displays

The 2000 Series are a range of extra large 3 to 5 digit LED array displays with 125mm high digits. These are designed to be used in most process / counting / speed / temperature / weighing applications where high visibility and distant viewing is required. Using high intensity wide angle LED's in an IP65 enameled steel housing ensures clear viewing distances of greater than 50 metres. For high ambient temperature conditions, an optional special coated glass window is available.

Bar Graph Displays

Option 3022 Bar Graph Display can be fitted to any 4-digit indicator model. The bar graph display provides a vertical graphic linear representation of the process being measured, while the 4 digit (-1999 to 9999) LED display gives an accurate digital readout. The display and bar graph are fully rangeable from the front panel pushbuttons.
