Ball valves manufactured by Process Systems have a wide range of applications. Features includes long cycle life and rugged design. Ball valves are available as 2 way and 3 way valves. 2 way valves are manufactured from two castings and threaded together while 3 way valves are manufactured from four castings. Ball valves are made from brass, stainless steel or even plastic.
Butterfly valves designed by Process Systems are made of cast iron or plastic. These are economical and can be used for industrial or agricultural applications. Butterfly valves are available in three types. Double acting butterfly valves use a pneumatic actuator which requires a pneumatic signal for activation and a second signal in order to deactivate it. Single acting valves have a spring return in addition to the pneumatic actuator and as a result require just one signal to operate it. Electric actuated valves have a motor and gear box drive for switching the power on and closing it.
