Process Systems has recently launched new Econo valves with soft close features for use with neutral fluids like air or water. Econo valves are available in brass or stainless steel and also have a soft close seat for reducing water hammer and an IP65 weatherproof coil.
Pinch valves manufactured by Process Systems help to control contaminated fluid or slurries and are available in four types including: air operated pinch valves, gauge isolator, duckbill check valve and pulse pump. Air operated pinch valves function with the help of air or liquid pressure at the control inlet. Air operated pinch valves have a nylon body and a polypropylene sleeve. Pinch valves can be modified to a gauge isolator which is ideal for viscous and corrosive fluids. Duckbill check valves have an internal rubber duckbill element which allows continuous unobstructed flow. Air actuated pulse pumps combines a combination of pinch valves with 2 check valves which can be used for contaminated fluids and slurries.
Process Systems has designed a variety of pressure, temperature and vacuum switches including single pole double throw switches, single pole single throw normally closed switches and single pole single throw normally open switches. Electronic sandwich timers are available in three types such as cycle timer, single shot timer and delay single shot timer which can easily plug into any pneumatic, hydraulic or fluid valves.
