Pro-Face Australia recognizes that not all HMI applications require 65,000 colours or Ethernet connectivity. In fact, in many applications all that’s required is a simple serial connection to a PLC. To cater for this market requirement Pro-Face Australia has launched the cost effective AST range in Australia and New Zealand.
These models have been built on the proven hardware and reliability of the class leading AGP3000 series. Model sizes range from 3.8”, 5.7”, 7.5” to 10.4”, available in amber, blue mode, STN colour and TFT colour.
There are models with MPI ports for connection directly to Siemens PLC’s. Pro-Face always like to give their customers more, so features such as; Animation, trending, logging, sampling, multiple protocol, device monitor, pass through, multiple language selection and USB functions are supported as standard. The larger 7.5” and 10.4” models also have CF card slots.
Application development requires the GPProEX software package, the same package used to develop applications for the AGP, LT and IPC models.
