Polex Environmental Engineering offer spray booths for wet and dry applications. Both models are manufactured from 1mm and 2mm thick modular galvanised sheetmetal panels, making it robust and ideal for all spray painting requirements.

Industrial Spray Painting Booths with a manometer
These spray booths are supplied with a manometer to measure the resistance through the filter media. Other added features include:

Wet Spray Booths
  • Set point marked on the manometer to indicate when the filter media needs to be replaced
  • Recirculating water wall filter system
  • Filters easy to remove
  • Filters fitted with pressure gauge
  • Modular construction
  • Complies with Australian Standard AS4114
  • Optional fluorescent lighting
Wet spray booths are ideal for adhesive spraying and all types of paint spraying.

Dry Spray Booths

  • Fitted with dry paper filter media, suitable to filter many paint and adhesive products
  • 50mm thick disposable cardboard filter media
  • High filtering efficiency and easy to remove filters
  • Pre/post purge for safe operation
Dry spray booths are also suitable for spraying adhesives and all paint types.
A range of accessories including ducting, carbon filtration (odour removal), silencers, lighting, stainless steel construction, electric controls (AS4114), vacuum gauges and an acoustic fan enclosure is available.
