Polex Environmental Engineering have installed two wet spray booth systems at Tesrol Doors in Wetherill Park, New South Wales.
Tesrol Doors are manufacturers of kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and office cabinet doors and accessories.
Each wet spray booth system installed was 4.27m wide x 2.44m high x 1.22m deep.
The wet spray booth systems were positioned side by side. Existing 11kW extraction fans were retained from the previous system and reconnected to the new system.
New electric controls were supplied in accordance with Australian Standards (AS4114).
The wet spray booth systems are used for capturing and filtering glue overspray while spraying contact adhesive onto the doors, panels and other components ready for the application of vinyl in a heat press.
The wet spray booth systems from Polex Environmental Engineering are pumpless and constructed from 1mm thick bolt together with galvanised sheet metal panels.
The spray booth water tank is fabricated from fully seam welded 2mm thick galvanised sheet metal. Polex Environmental Engineering wet spray booth systems can be manufactured to suit specific space constraints.
