Exair Static Eliminators provide a new technology solution to the old problem of static electricity build-up.
Exair Static Eliminators maximise ionised airflow while minimising compressed air consumption. A small amount of compressed air is used to entrain a high volume of surrounding air.
This combined stream is ionised by the emitter points and delivered to the charged surface to prevent:
- Dust clinging to product
- Product clinging to itself (e.g. plastic sheet)
- Materials tearing, jamming or curling
- Sheet feeding problems
- Hazardous sparks or shocks.
Exair Static Eliminators use air to disperse the positive and negative ions much more effectively, quickly and over far greater distances.
