I have 3 x Pioneer Dreambook IL4. lately all 3 have error message "that windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware of software change could be the problem. When we turn on the laptops we get option to start normally but this does not happen. Just back to the same screen. What can we do?
This could be caused by either a software corruption or a hard disk failure, I would start by reloading the OS - you can download the recovery image here ftp://service.pioneer.net.au/Images/IL4_BIGw.iso please note this will wipe all data so make sure you backup is up to date, if the issue persists please log a RA at www.dreamcare.com.au so we can check the machine for you.
