THE Delta 65 flue gas analyser is now available in Australia from Phoenix Instrumentation Pty Ltd . This is an exclusive arrangement, as Phoenix is the official partner of MRU Germany.
Suitable for all combustion sources, the Delta 65 gas analyser will suit everyone from operators of combustion processes such as power plants to service technicians working on boilers and burners.
The Delta 65 is a robust rugged unit designed to cope with the knocks and blows of day-to-day use, housed inside a rubber enclosure with an inbuilt magnet, which provides the "third hand" that is sometimes needed.
The Delta 65 is fitted with a standard O2 measurement cell, which can be complemented with the addition of a further measurement of either CO (low), CO (high), CO (very high), NO, NO2, SO2, or H2S.
The excellent design of MRU's condensate trap and particle filters will considerably prolong the service life of the analyser.
The external condensate trap and filters are easily accessible for cleaning and replacement, coupled with visual indicators of condition that will ensure easy maintenance is always carried out.
In-built, re-chargeable batteries with an impressive continuous operating time of up to 8 hours, with optional in-car charger are included.
Self-diagnostics are performed every time the unit is started up, coupled with "sensor health" indications enable easy scheduling of maintenance.
If CO threshold is exceeded, an audible alarm prompts the user. MRU provides this alarm on all their analysers.
Various probe lengths are available, which are all easily interchangeable.
Internal data logging of up to 100 measurements can easily be viewed locally via the device’s LCD screen, which can be downloaded to a PC for easy viewing, or sent via the in-built infrared port to optional compact printer.
