The Levelflex M FMP43 is used for continuous level measurement of liquids in applications with special hygienic requirements.

Materials

  • All wetted components are FDA-listed and tested in accordance with USP Cl. VI.
  • Choice of mechanically polished or electropolished metal surfaces up to 15 μin / 0.38 μm and low Δ ferrite content.

Design

  • The design is flush-mounted and gap-free and meets ASME BPE requirements. The probe can be disassembled for inspection, swabbing and the probe rod, process connection and seals are replaceable.
  • Aseptic process connections from DN25 (1") are available
  • The probe is autoclavable and suitable for CIP, SIP
  • Approvals (hygiene)
  • Approvals according to 3-A and EHEDG (certificates pending)

The following interfaces are available for system integration:

  • HART® (standard) with 4 to 20 mA analog,
  • PROFIBUS® PA,
  • FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus

Benefits of the Levelflex M FMP43

  • Measurement independent of product properties such as: density, dielectric constant, conductivity.
  • Measurement possible despite very turbulent surfaces, foam, or apray ball cleaning cycle.
  • Easy menu-guided onsite operation via four-line plain text display.
  • Convenient remote operation, diagnosis and documentation of the measuring point via the ToF Tool operating program which is provided free of charge.
  • Optional remote display and operation.
  • Envelope curve presentation onsite on the display for easy diagnosis.
  • Electronics can be replaced without opening the tank.
  • Application in safety related systems (overspill protection) with requirements for functional safety up to SIL 2 in accordance to IEC 61508/IEC 61511-1.
  • Approvals: Europe: ATEX (in preparation), North America: FM, CSA (in preparation), China: NEPSI (in preparation)

Endress + Hauser Australia have been successful in supplying the majority of the process instrumentation to the Western Corridor Re-Cycled Water Project (WCRWP), in South East Queensland (SEQ), including highly specialised engineered solutions to monitor the water quality through the treatment processes.

The DP flow meter DP flow meters available from Endress + Hauser Australia (6-Oct-2008)
Differential pressure (DP) flow meters are based on a relatively inexpensive and mature technology. Yet, selecting and installing these devices is not simple and requires a reasonable level of engineering skill. With the new Deltatop, Endress Hauser Australia have implemented a new solution by supplying a one-stop-shop solution.

The Liquicap T continuous level measuring instrument Endress + Hauser Australia’s Liquicap T continuous level measuring instrument for inventory management (26-Sep-2008)
Endress Hauser Australia’s new Liquicap T continuous level measuring instrumentation for liquids features a build-up compensation mode that overcomes performance problems normally associated with conventional capacitance/inductance level measuring probes, particularly in chemically aggressive and sticky liquid applications.

The Memobase electrode system Endress + Hauser Australia offer pH measuring systems (19-Sep-2008)
Endress + Hauser Australia have introduced the Memobase, an electrode management system. This electrode management system builds on Endress + Hauser Australia’s Memosens technology, giving users an insight into the reliability, performance, estimated lifetime and early-warning-failure in pH measurement.
