Three part fuel tank repair kits
Permanent Painted Coatings (PPC) has a three part fuel tank repair kits for both cars (up to 100 Litre) and bikes (20litre).

POR-15 three part fuel tank repair kits are easy to use and a fraction of the cost of a new tank.

The first part is the Marine Clean cleaner, poured into the tank and left for half an hour (sloshing around occasionally) to degrease and de fuel the tank.

The second part is Metal Ready (used as per the Marine Clean), which removes rust and etches the tank ready for the POR-15 US Tank Sealer. The POR-15 US Tank Sealer is poured in and the tank is rotated to get 100% coverage and then left for three days.

The result is a ceramic type coating on the inside of the tank. The process prevents rust and blocked filters or pumps.

PPC sells hundreds of fuel tank repair kits on an on going basis for bikes, cars, vintage and classic cars as well as lawn mowers, stationary engines, boat diesel tanks, large military generators etc.

The range of PPC, POR-15 rust preventative paints are resistant to scratching, stone chipping and all fuels and oils.
