Metal detectors for timber plants, from Perfect Packaging

Perfect Packaging now offers a  range of MESUTRONIC Metal Detectors offer a solution to all areas of Timber/Wood Processing, providing optimum protection against metal for saws and saw mills.

Even the smallest metal particles are reliably detected in large diameter trees and at high line speeds with the metal detector. The octagonal tunnel aperture is the optimal fit for the conveyor trough and allows for effective system integration.
 
A LED display pinpoints the exact location of the metal contaminant. Externally invisible metal contaminants are reliably detected and located. Automatic protection can be realized with integration of the system into sawmills or composite wood manufacturing processes.
