Perfect Packaging have announced the availability of Stick Weigher from HD Wiegetechnik of Germany. Stick Weighers are specialised weighing and feeding systems for stick products such as dog chews, pretzels, musk sticks, beef jerky and salami sticks. The Stick Weighers feature special executions for stick shaped products and are suitable for precise and fast weighing of products.
The Stick Weighers provide full statistical data on the screen. The data can be transmitted to a host computer using the floppy drive integrated in the display or by network communication. The Stick Weigher has automatic control of product infeed, the product level on the central cone is controlled by a central load cell. Product infeed systems can be directly linked.
