WEBER’S FasTagger is an automatic tagging tool that dispenses tags and staples them securely into timber. It is available from Peacock Brothers .
The system uses compressed air to apply tags at a rate of over 100 a minute. The operator simply places the tool against the end of a piece of timber and pulls the trigger. The tag is automatically fed onto the timber, cut, and the next tag fed into position. A feed mechanism increases speed while decreasing the chances of a jam.
The device holds up to 20cm of tag roll. It has a 6.3mm industrial interchange air coupling and an antislip hand gripper, easy action trigger, quick change mechanism, and tether ring. It weighs 2.9Kg with a full roll of tags.
