Colour inkjet label printer for labels on demand

Victoria’s Essentials is an Australian owned company, supplying spa and therapeutic products to the spa and beauty industry worldwide. The product range is extensive, involving a large inventory of items, each requiring individual labels with full product, batch and ingredient details.

With over 400 products and each product supplied in different packaging sizes, Victoria’s Essentials found it was impractical to keep on hand, a the full range of pre-printed labels.

The LX810 colour inkjet label printer was chosen for its ability to print the labels on demand, as products are prepared for packing and dispatch. This method results in substantial savings compared to pre-purchasing of labels and label redundancy. It has also allowed Victoria’s Essentials to individualise the customer’s labels with short lead times.

The range includes essential oils, cosmetic bases and personal care products that require both oil and water resistant labels to keep the packaging looking professional during use. The Primera LX810 prints onto specifically manufactured label stock, quickly setting the ink for a tough, durable surface and colour intensive graphics reproduction.

Owner Victoria Slater has been so impressed with the performance of the LX810 colour label printer, it is now looking at purchasing another to help keep up with the ever increasing product demands. Victoria’s Essentials can now provide a high quality product with professional branding and packaging that is fast becoming known across the globe. Combined with a clever and artistic label design, the products now have an attractive high impact appeal.

Victoria’s Essentials is a classic example of the way businesses now need to operate with low stock on hand, yet still delivering fast turnaround to every customer. The LX810 is specifically designed to reduce the costs normally involved in business operations in this new era of supply and demand, and has changed the way thousands of businesses around the world have operated.

Using the new in colour inkjet printing technology and laser sensors, the LX810 prints on adhesive product labels in brilliant colour, and will operate from any Windows or Mac computer with a USB connection.
