Automatic label applicator


PEACOCK Brothers has released an applicator that can turn a Z4m printer into an automatic print and apply label applicator.

The applicator is said to be easy to use, with minimal adjustments necessary, quick set-up and changeover for applying labels to either the topside or bottom of a product.

The applicator is made of rugged metal. The PA1000tbZ is said to provide accurate, true on demand operation, with low maintenance and precise positioning.

The label tamp pad can be modified in-house to fit a specific label size. The Tamp Pad size can vary, allowing you the flexibility to accommodate labels from 50mm x 25mm to 114mm x 200mm.

Labelling products of variable height is a standard feature, which is said to add a great deal of flexibility to the Tharo PA1000tbZ.
