Parklands Power Products (Aust) has included TY33015, a powerful, good-looking ride-on mower, to its existing range of value-for-money products.
Packing a whopping 17.5hp Briggs and Stratton engine, the Parklander TY33015 has enough power to work larger mowing areas.
The first thing that appeals to the user is the car-like look and feel of the TY33015.
With an electric key start, a comfortable padded seat and one pedal brake/clutch, the car-like appeal is completed by the wide, wrap-around bumper. The user merely selects forward or reverse then releases the brake and the unit drives away.
The rider comes with a large capacity (300 litres) grass collector as standard. This grass collector has quick on-off capability as well.
The rear discharge design allows the ride-on mower to cut heavy, wet grass without clogging and is ideal for areas affected by the unseasonal wet.
The catcher is easy to empty, using one hand, while the operator is still on the driver’s seat. The optional grass deflector is easily fitted without the need for tools, to allow safe mowing without the catcher. This deflector is available free-of-charge.
With forward speeds up to 9.2kmph, nine speed (plus reverse) constant velocity transmission, this ride-on mower has enough speed to cover larger work areas quickly and easily.
Built tough to take Australian conditions, the TY33015 features a robust steel chassis, a strong box steel front axle and a long-life greaseable steering and front axles.
An independent floating cutting deck allows the rider to follow ground contours, aided by anti-scalping wheels. To provide enhanced lift/cut/discharge, the TY33015 has counter-rotating (timed) blades and has a cutting width of 102cm. Seven cutting height positions range from 23 – 90mm are also available.
The ride-on mower has a tight turning radius of only 75cm and features rear wheel drive, with differential and independent axle driving each wheel, for easy turning.
The engine is from the B&S additional long life series and features chrome rings and plug, with an Inket A VS-ELS overhead valve.
Overall, the TY33015 meets all the requirements of a hard-working all-round ride-on mower that provides good value-for-money.
