The Grasshopper 325D midmount zero-turn radius mower, sets an extremely high standard for economy and maintenance. This midmount mower is now available from Parklands Power Products . Compared to equivalent petrol engine machines, the user saves up to 2,650 litres per 1,000 hours of use.
Powered by a 27 hp (18.6 kW) 0.9 litre Kubota MaxTorque three cylinder diesel engine, the 325D has very good green credentials. The mower is T-4I compliant, with permissible particulate emissions reduced by half compared to T-2, and B5 bio diesel ready.With only five Access-Ezelubrication points, the user is able to cut maintenance time by up to 80%. The CoolFan hydro cooling system with 7 micron absolute filter provides smoother response and less maintenance, with 1,000 hours interval between services.
Like all Grasshopper zero-turns mowers, the 325D is very comfortable, with less vibration, better legroom, and a Shock Impact Reduction System (SIRS). The highback seat is fully-padded, with lumbar support and padded armrests, and is complemented by coil spring suspension for reduced operator fatigue.
Solidly-built like all Grasshopper mower models, the 325D has a double-layered 10 gauge steel deck, extra 7 gauge reinforcement and 7 gauge formed skirts.
