Parklands Power Products (Aust) , exclusive Australian distributors for Grasshopper, have introduced the new 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower. The 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower is compact and powered by a V-twin 24hp (17.8KW) Briggs & Stratton extended life petrol engine.
With the wider 52-inch (1.37m) Dura-Max cutting deck, the 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower easily does up to 3078 acres (1.52 hectares) an hour and can mow at speeds up to 12kmph.
The 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower features a roomy footrest, cushioned moulded seats with foldable armrests, and a shock impact reduction system (SIRS). These provide greater operator comfort, which is suitable for working long stretches. The deck of the mower can be easily converted from side discharge by using optional attachments such as DownDischarge mulching and PowerVac collection.
The 124-52 ZeroTurn mower is built with 10 gauge steel deck, extra 7 gauge reinforcement on top where it counts and 7 gauge formed skirts. The cutting deck is 114mm deep and has wide discharge so it can process more grass. OneStep cutting height adjustment means that the operator can easily change cutting heights from 1.0" to 4.5" (25 to 114mm).
Other features of the 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower include an extra large 8"(200mm) spindle housing flange, greaseable bearings, six-bolt pattern and strong construction.
The 124-52 MidMount ZeroTurn mower is designed for extreme Australian temperature. The design matched hydro transmission with in-line cooling fans has quality synthetic fluid for greater life. Service interval is 500 hours for the transmission.
