Packserv offer a range of bench top and automatic fillers to suit various applications. Packserv carry the entire Asset Packaging filling machine range in their rental fleet.
Asset Packaging fillers are designed to measure precise fills ranging from 3 millilitres to 25 litres. The fillers eliminate the occurrence of drips, spills and inconsistent volumes associated with hand filling. The various accessories available with these fillers include positive shut off nozzles, suck back nozzles, tube nozzles, footswitches, hoppers and follower plates. Packserv also customise parts and accessories for unique requirements.
All filling machine wet parts are made from 316 stainless steel, making them suitable for food and pharmaceutical grade applications.
Fillers from Packserv can be hired on their own or in conjunction with other Packserv machines (cappers, labellers, sealers, coders, printers ) based on the needs and available space of the business, a bench-top machine set-up (semi automatic) can produce up to 50,000 units per week and are well suited to in-house operations or smaller businesses.
The bench-top machine set-up is compact enough to set up in a kitchen, and the operator does not require any specialised training or previous handling experience. The equipment is easy to operate and functional. Production lines consisting of multiple head automatic fillers with conveyers, auto-cap tighteners, rotary sorting and unscrambling tables can achieve at least 100,000 units per week and are suitable for manufacturing plants, contract packers and large scale manufacturers.
