Packserv offers a range of packaging equipment including automated labelling machines and packaging conveyors for hire on weekly or long term rates.

Packserv has now added several Label-Aire automatic labelling machines to its fleet.

The LA-3015 Wipe-On Primary Applicator is a high speed automated labeller and one of the newest technologies in the Label-Aire range of advanced pressure-sensitive label applicators.

These automatic labelling machines are mobile as well as easily portable and make a great addition to any professional production line.

The labeller is designed for simple wipe-on labelling applications and is fast, accurate as well as easy to operate.

Key features include easy conversion from left- or right-hand use, application of labels to the top, side or bottom of products at a dispense speed of up to 25m of web per minute and label dispense accuracy of up to +/- 0.8 mm.

These automated labelling machines are ideal for applying labels onto any surface including bottles, boxes and bags.

The machine can also execute customised labelling such as promotional stickers on bags, award labels on bottles, barcodes on cardboard boxes as well as tins with labels on top and bottom.

Automated in-line labellers are now available for hire.

The company also carries two types of conveyors including steel slat and rubber belt conveyors.

The new Asset Packaging Machines rubber belt conveyor (CV-6-B) is a handy addition to their fleet because it works well with the auto labellers as well as allows packaging with low weight and resistance to move along the conveyor in a timely fashion without changing speed due to loss of surface area tension or traction.

The wide belt width also allows larger and more bulky items such as boxes to travel along the conveyor when labelling or coding.
