The MGS range of intermittent vacuum feeders, available from Packaging Automation is suitable for pharmaceutical and food applications and consists of more than 20 models with feed systems for everything from specialised tray denesting applications for severe wash down environments, to high speed multi head pick and place feeding.
The MGS vacuum fed tray de-nesting range handles trays for bakery, confectionery, meat, and ready meal markets. Operating at speeds of over 100 trays/minute, the denesters feature PIAB or Gast vacuum feeding systems, no tool changeover, quick change vacuum heads, downstream surge controls and low level magazine sensors.
