Pacific Sensor Technologies  has introduced a stainless steel process connection for the BMRX and Maxima+ rotary level indicators manufactured by BinMaster that is designed for use in corrosive materials.
 
BinMaster’s rotaries are designed for level detection of dry bulk material storage and flow in bins, hoppers, tanks, chutes and conveyors. The 304 stainless steel fitting is available in both 1¼" and 1½" NPT sizes and comes with a stainless steel seal/bearing carrier.
 
BinMaster rotary level indicators equipped with the process connection are configured so that all materials coming in contact are stainless steel, making them suited for applications such as food processing or for caustic materials. Designed by BinMaster, the process connection is machined in-house at the company's ISO 9001:2008 registered facility.

The process connection can be used in conjunction with any of the three-vane, two-vane, insertable or bayonet-style stainless steel paddles offered by BinMaster. The stainless steel connection used with the collapsible paddle is one configuration that enables the rotary to be installed and removed without entering the bin.

The BMRX and Maxima+ rotaries can be used in materials with bulk density ranging from 30kg/m³ to 68kg/m³.
