Madgetech liquid nitrogen data logging systems (LNDS) are a line of ultra-low temperature measurement systems created specifically for the monitoring of temperature sensitive substances that need to be preserved at cryogen temperatures.
The data logging systems are mounted on the top or outer side of a cryo-shipper or freezer while the probe sheath is inserted into the tank. The user can then directly view the internal temperature through the LCD on the logger.
Probes are available in a range of sizes to suit specific applications.
Liquid nitrogen data logging systems from Pacific Sensor Technologies are easily user programmable with pre-selected sample rates from between 2 seconds to 24 hours. The liquid nitrogen data loggers also feature a programmable start time and date up to six months in advance.
The 8-button membrane keypad and large LCD provides the user with the ability to view the current reading as well as minimum, maximum and average statistics in real-time.
The nonvolatile memory will retain data even if AC and battery power are lost. Additionally, the 9-volt battery running the low temperature data loggers are both user-replaceable and cost-effective.
